The cleaning process is based on a closed-loop circulation system, where a cleaning agent (water or a specialized solution) flows continuously through a sealed circuit. The liquid moves from the storage unit, through a high-pressure pump, into a rotating cleaning mechanism, and then back to the storage unit after passing through the tank. During this process, hydrocarbons and contaminants are extracted along with the wash fluid. The system filters out impurities, allowing the cleaned fluid to be reused in the cycle, reducing waste and enhancing efficiency. The duration of circulation is adjusted based on equipment settings and contamination levels, ensuring a thorough, controlled, and eco-friendly cleaning process.
